Allerdep nasal spray
Ingredients:
Concentrated
seawater, Pot marigold, Black alder, Blackcurrant, Dog rose, Perilla,
Manganese gluconate and others.
Properties:
Hypertonic
Seawater: Creates an osmotic effect that helps decongest the nasal mucosa by drawing out
excess fluids and mucus. It promotes mucociliary clearance, reduces nasal
obstruction, and facilitates breathing without causing irritation or rebound
congestion.
Pot Marigold (Calendula
officinalis): Rich in triterpenoids and flavonoids, calendula exhibits strong
anti-inflammatory, soothing, and mucosal-healing properties. It supports
epithelial regeneration of the nasal mucosa and reduces local irritation caused
by allergens or infections.
Black Alder (Alnus
glutinosa): Contains diarylheptanoids and tannins with anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic
activity. It modulates inflammatory pathways, contributing to reduced nasal
mucosal edema and irritation.
Blackcurrant (Ribes
nigrum): A natural source of anthocyanins and polyphenols, which possess
anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It enhances the body’s defense
mechanisms and helps modulate excessive immune responses, particularly in
allergic conditions.
Dog Rose (Rosa
canina): Rich in vitamin C and bioflavonoids, it exerts antioxidant and
immune-supportive effects, protecting the nasal mucosa from oxidative stress
and promoting mucosal resilience against environmental irritants.
Perilla (Perilla
frutescens): Contains rosmarinic acid and flavones known for their anti-allergic and
immunomodulatory properties. Perilla inhibits histamine release and Th2
cytokine activity, reducing sneezing, itching, and rhinorrhea in allergic
rhinitis.
Manganese
Gluconate: Manganese is a trace element involved in antioxidant enzyme systems (such as
superoxide dismutase). It enhances mucosal defense and contributes to reducing
inflammation and oxidative stress in the nasal passages.
Indications:
Allerdep Nasal
Spray is indicated for:
Allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial)
Nasal congestion and mucosal edema due to allergies or environmental irritants
Rhinosinusitis (as adjuvant therapy)
Nasal mucosal protection and hydration in dry or polluted environments
Supportive therapy in the prevention of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections
